CardReader

The integrated card-reader is connected via PCMCIA and requires a
special driver which does not exist for Linux.

These are the generated logmessages when a SD card was inserted:

Feb 10 00:07:23 mhcln03 cardmgr[3017]: starting, version is 3.2.5
Feb 10 00:07:27 mhcln03 cardmgr[3017]: unsupported card in socket 0
Feb 10 00:07:27 mhcln03 cardmgr[3017]:   product info: "RICOH", "Bay1Controller"
