cpufreq
-
The Q6600 CPU supports cpu frequency scaling via the cpufreq drivers, switching
between 1596000 and 2394000 natively.
If you intend to overclock your CPU, you almost certainly have to disable cpufreq support in the BIOS as this leads to major instability as it not only lowers the CPU frequency, but also the CPUs core voltage.
Sleep States
- This board offers three different sleep-states: Standby, Suspend-To-Disk and Suspend-To-RAM. The board wakes up in working order after a Standby or Suspend-To-Disk, but hangs on a resume from Suspend-To-RAM.
